Return Policy
Items purchased can be returned within 5 days with no restock fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. After 5 days, returns are subject to Tinkertown Incorporated’s discretion, but those returns may be assessed a 20% restock fee.
Tinkertown Incorporated’s Return Policy applies to stock items. Special order drop ship items may or may not be returned and are subject to the terms of the specific manufacturer’s policies.
*Note - Warranty claims for defective or broken tools are handled separately from the official Return Policy. These claims are based on the warranty of the manufacturer of the tool. Typically, hand tools have a lifetime warranty and power tools have a 2-5 year warranty depending on the brand.
Returns based upon shipping damage are also handled separately and on a case by case basis.
